Raccoon Data LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Agent Mask, a PII detection and de-identification tool distributed through the Snowflake Marketplace and as a self-hosted container. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our website (agentmask.io) and our software product.

 Key Point: Agent Mask runs in the environment you choose, such as your Snowflake account or your self-hosted infrastructure. We do not have access to the data you process using Agent Mask.
 

1. Data Processing Architecture

Agent Mask is a containerized application that runs either within Snowflake's Snowpark Container Services (SPCS) in your own Snowflake account or as a self-hosted container in infrastructure you control. This means:

All data processing occurs within your selected deployment environment
Your data does not leave that environment for Agent Mask processing
We do not receive, access, store, or process any of your data
You maintain full control over your data at all times

We have no technical ability to access the data you process using Agent Mask. The software runs on compute resources within your Snowflake account or self-hosted environment, subject to the controls and access policies you configure.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Collected Through Snowflake Marketplace

When you install Agent Mask through the Snowflake Marketplace, Snowflake may share limited information with us necessary to support your subscription, which may include:

Organization and account identifiers
Contact information for support purposes
Subscription tier and usage metrics (compute credits consumed)

Snowflake Marketplace billing and payment processing is handled by Snowflake. For information about how Snowflake handles your data, please refer to Snowflake's privacy policy.

2.2 Information Collected for Self-Hosted Trial Keys

When you request a self-hosted trial key, we collect the email address you submit, the email domain, license issuance status, issue and expiration timestamps, delivery status, and related Cloudflare request metadata needed to issue, resend, limit, and understand trial keys. We use an email delivery provider to send the key to the address you submit.

2.3 Information Collected Through Our Website

When you visit agentmask.io, we may collect:

Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
Cookie-free website interaction metrics, such as CTA clicks, page or referrer path, campaign parameters, visitor IP address, a salted hash of the visitor IP address for deduplication and abuse analysis, and approximate Cloudflare location/network metadata
Company-level website visitor identification from Apollo, which may identify an organization associated with a visit for sales and outreach prioritization
Information you voluntarily provide (e.g., when contacting support)

Our custom website analytics do not store user agents, full URLs, raw query strings, or form contents.

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, receive, or have access to:

Any data you process using Agent Mask
The content of any PII detected or de-identified
Your Snowflake queries, tables, or database contents
Vault mappings or pseudonymization records
Payment card data processed by Snowflake or another payment provider

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we receive to:

Provide customer support
Send important product updates or security notices
Improve our product and services
Comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
Service Providers: Vendors that help us operate the website, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, or customer support
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we collect. The security of data you process using Agent Mask is governed by the deployment environment you choose, such as your Snowflake account's security configuration and Snowflake's security practices, or your own self-hosted infrastructure, network, storage, and access controls.

6. Data Retention

We retain the limited information we receive only for as long as necessary to provide support and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

8. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, any limited information we receive may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
